Most Supportive Knee Sleeve Ever.
- Specifically designed for men over 30 who train with knee discomfort.
- Built-in TriFlex™ structure keeps your knee supported while it bends under load.
- Stop retightening bulky straps and braces that pinch and fight every bend.
Struggling with knee discomfort and low confidence while training?
Most fabric-only sleeves feel tight, not supportive. Strapped braces are usually too bulky to actually train in.
Ellivory helps with:
- Mild Osteoarthritis
- Patellar Tendinitis
- Bursitis
- Swelling
- Runner's Knee
- Stiffness
- Knee Instability
- Post-Workout Soreness
- Fatigue
Why Is TriFlex™ Different?
TriFlex™ builds flexible structure into the sleeve, giving you more support than basic compression without bulky straps or rigid hardware.
Support From Rep One
Compression and a soft silicone ring ease knee pain, stiffness and swelling as you train.
Move Freely Under Load
Flexible stabilizers and an adaptive flex-knit layer bend with your knee, so you stay supported and moving through your entire workout.
Focused Kneecap Support
A soft silicone ring focuses support around your kneecap, easing grinding and pressure to keep your knees healthier.
Custom-Like Fit
An adaptive flex-knit layer hugs your knee and keeps the ring and stabilizers close as it bends, with no straps to adjust.
Why is TriFlex™ Better?
Our 3-In-1 TriFlex™ System has so many benefits, it's hard to just pick one
Questions Before You Order?
Isn’t this just another compression sleeve?
No. Basic sleeves get most of their support from tight fabric. Ellivory adds a silicone kneecap ring, two flexible side stabilizers, and adaptive flex-knit. You get compression plus flexible structure—not just a tighter squeeze.
Is it supportive enough for leg day?
Yes. Ellivory sits between a basic fabric sleeve and a bulky medical brace. It is made for squats, lunges, leg presses, CrossFit, martial arts and general gym training where you want added support without locking your knee in place.
Will it restrict my squat?
No. It is built to bend with your knee. The stabilizers are flexible, and there are no external straps or rigid hinges fighting your movement. You should be able to move through your normal range when wearing the correct size.
Will it slide, roll, or bunch up?
No. The adaptive flex-knit is designed to keep the ring and stabilizers close as your knee bends. Correct sizing matters. A sleeve that is too loose can slide, while one that is too small can bunch or pinch.
Does a knee sleeve actually help, or does it just hide the problem?
Ellivory is not a cure or permission to ignore pain. Its job is to support your knee while you move. Keep working on strength, technique, recovery, and load management alongside it.
Will wearing it make my knee dependent on support?
No. Ellivory is not designed to replace the work of your muscles or your rehabilitation. Treat it like any other piece of training equipment: support for the movements where you want it, not a replacement for building strength.
Can I use it with an injury?
Ellivory is made for added support during active training. It is not a medical or post-operative brace. If you have a recent injury, sharp or worsening pain, major swelling, or a knee that buckles, speak with a qualified clinician before training in it.
How do I choose the right size?
Keep your leg relaxed with your knee slightly bent. Measure around your thigh 5.5 inches or 14 cm above the center of your kneecap.
- S: 36–39 cm / 14.2–15.4 in
- M: 39–43 cm / 15.4–16.9 in
- L: 43–47 cm / 16.9–18.5 in
- XL: 47–51 cm / 18.5–20.1 in
- XXL: 51–56 cm / 20.1–22.0 in
If your weight and thigh measurement suggest different sizes, follow your thigh measurement. If you fall directly between two sizes, contact us before ordering: hello@ellivory.com
How tight should it feel?
Snug and secure, but never painful. You should still be able to bend your knee normally. Remove the sleeve if you feel numbness, tingling, sharp pain, or restricted circulation.
