Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–4 business days for us to process and dispatch it. Dispatch means your order has been handed off to the carrier and is officially on its way.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. But don’t worry, we’ll do our best to keep things moving fast.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping time refers to the number of days it takes for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
🇺🇸 USA: 5–8 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7-12 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 5-10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 5-10 business days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 7-14 business days
🇬🇧 UK: 6-10 business days
🌎 Rest of World: N/A
Please note that customs inspections, courier delays, or peak seasons may occasionally affect delivery times.
Order Changes and Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us at hello@ellivory.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to make changes, but we can’t guarantee edits once your order has been processed.
If our system detects an issue with your address, our team may reach out to verify. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delayed Deliveries
We always aim to ship quickly, but sometimes delays happen due to things beyond our control, like bad weather, carrier disruptions, or customs delays.
If anything holds up your order, we’ll work with the carrier to get it to you ASAP and keep you updated along the way. We’re happy to help, but please understand that we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our hands and is with the courier, it’s out of our control. If your order is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please:
- Contact the courier to file a claim
- Email us at hello@ellivory.com and we'll help however we can
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. If needed, filing a police report may also help resolve the issue.
